Shimon Bachrach

Shimon Bachrach, FSA, CERA, MAAA has a strong background in enterprise risk management and actuarial analysis. Shimon began their career at TIAA-CREF, where they worked as an Actuarial Associate from August 2011 to March 2013. Shimon then joined Ohio National Financial Services, where they held various roles in enterprise risk management from 2013 to 2022, including Assistant Vice President, Director, and Actuarial Coordinator. Most recently, they worked at Constellation Insurance, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management from January 2023 to December 2023, and is currently serving as the 2nd Vice President of Hedging and US M&A/Reinsurance.

Shimon Bachrach, FSA, CERA, MAAA, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Actuarial Studies from Touro University in the years 2007 to 2011. Shimon also obtained a First Talmudic Degree in Talmudic Law from Derech Ayson Rabbinical Seminary from 2004 to 2008. Furthermore, they hold additional certifications including being a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) since 2019, a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA) since 2018, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) since 2016.
