Thomas Kelly

Thomas Kelly, FSA, MAAA, currently serves as the 2nd Vice President and Head of Annuity Valuation at Constellation Insurance, Inc., a role held since June 2014. In this capacity, Thomas leads a team of analysts in Enterprise Risk Management, overseeing risk management exercises for various annuity lines and conducting essential analyses such as regulatory cash flow testing and capital at risk assessments. Prior experience at Constellation includes positions such as Director of Special Projects, where Thomas contributed significantly to a variable annuity valuation model conversion project, and Actuarial Coordinator, recognized as a subject matter expert in fixed indexed annuity valuation. Earlier actuarial roles involved supporting financial reporting processes and relationship building as a trusted resource on life product reserves. Thomas also gained valuable experience during internships at Zurich North America and Ameritas, focusing on pricing trends and data analysis.
