Tim Meyer

Tim Meyer currently serves as the AVP of Commercial Mortgage and Real Estate at Constellation Insurance, Inc. since July 2022. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Vice President of Loan Origination and Closing at BlueMark Capital LLC from January 2008 to July 2022, where responsibilities included originating, structuring, and closing commercial mortgages for 20 correspondent life insurance companies, alongside asset management duties. Tim's earlier experience includes working as a CMBS Lender at Fifth Third Bancorp, underwriting commercial mortgages for securitization, and serving as General Manager at Windsor Capital Group, overseeing operations during a transition to new ownership and managing a distressed property. Tim's career also includes significant roles in food and beverage operations, contributing to remarkable profitability among multiple hotel properties. Tim holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Xavier University and an Associate's Degree in Hotel Management from Cincinnati State University.
