João Forte Carvalho

João Forte Carvalho has extensive experience in the technology industry, with a focus on Outsystems platform. João started their career as an Outsystems software developer in Portugal in September 2014 and then moved to Brazil in November 2015 to continue working as an Outsystems software developer.

In May 2017, João transitioned to a role as a Senior Developer and Delivery Manager, where they managed, advised, and trained new software developers in Outsystems projects. João also coordinated with the company to develop projects for clients in various sectors, particularly in the Brazilian retail sector.

From March 2018 to September 2020, João served as an Account Manager at Truewind, taking responsibility for delivering projects in the Brazilian retail sector. João oversaw the development and maintenance of a complete E-commerce platform and delivered multiple projects using Outsystems. During this time, they managed a team of up to 15 people who were responsible for 10 different systems.

Starting in October 2020, João took on the role of a Customer Manager at Truewind, where they focused on enabling clients' digital transformation paths with the Outsystems platform. João delivered solutions that added value to complex business processes and ensured that the service methodology aligned with ITIL best practices.

Currently, as of February 2023, João works as a Technical Product Manager at Constellation Network, where they apply their expertise in technology and product management to drive the success of the company's offerings.

From 2009 to 2014, they attended ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.

In 2012, they participated in an Erasmus program at the University College of Northern Denmark-UCN, focusing on Financial Management. This program lasted for one year.

During their high school years (2001-2009), João Forte Carvalho attended Externato Marista de Lisboa, with a specialization in Economics.
