Glen Carll has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Glen started their career as a Helpdesk Engineer at Primix Solutions, providing support for end users and managing desktop applications. Glen then moved on to Burntsand Inc., where they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer, offering helpdesk support for end users and assisting with NT4 Windows 2000 administration.

In 2002, Glen joined Transform Pharmaceuticals as an Engineer I, responsible for desktop and lab support. Glen also played a significant role in the planning and execution of new site build-outs and company relocations. Glen oversaw the consolidation of site services and pending closure, managing the operational integrity of site infrastructure. Glen was also responsible for site backups and offsite tape inventory.

Finally, Glen joined Constellation Pharmaceuticals as a System Engineer and later advanced to the role of Senior System Engineer. Glen played a crucial role in migrating the company to Office365 and led an external security audit along with subsequent remediation efforts. Additionally, Glen managed the implementation of scientific applications and infrastructure upgrade projects.
