Marissa Steele

Marissa Steele has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. Marissa is currently working at Constellation Pharmaceuticals, A MorphoSys Company as a Senior Translational Specialist Clinical Biomarkers, where they are responsible for clinical biomarker research. Prior to this, Marissa worked as a Translational Operations Specialist at the same company.

Before joining Constellation Pharmaceuticals, Marissa worked at Sarepta Therapeutics as a Senior Clinical Research Associate, where they managed clinical trial and research samples using Freezerworks software. Marissa also facilitated sample logistics and managed the clinical sample chain of custody.

Marissa's previous experience includes working at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research (NIBR) as a Sample Manager, where they ensured sample material was obtained from approved sources and coordinated sample shipping and storage. Marissa also worked at QUANTUM PATHOLOGY, LLC as a Grossing/Cytology Tech, where they accessioned and submitted urological biopsies for diagnosis.

Marissa's career started at Winchester Lab Associates, where they worked as a Grossing Tech and later as a Lab Assistant. In these roles, they performed accurate anatomic gross description and assisted in surgical procedures. Marissa also worked at Winchester Hospital as a Hematology Lab Assistant, where they performed serology testing and analyzed urine and semen samples.
