Michael Reingruber

Michael Reingruber is currently working as the Chief Growth Officer at Constellation West since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Member of the Advisory Board at BCT Partners starting from June 2014. From March 2017 to April 2022, they worked as the Executive Vice President at Aurotech Corp, which was acquired by DMI. Michael was responsible for all aspects of business development and played a key role in the DMI acquisition. Before that, they held the position of Vice President at BroadPoint Federal (2012-2017), CACI International Inc (July-September 2012), and Delta Solutions (2010-2012). At Delta Solutions, they were responsible for major programs involving federal civilian agencies and also led the business development efforts.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at various companies including Citizant, where they served as Division Director responsible for operational aspects and business development in existing and targeted accounts (2008-2010). Michael also worked as Group Vice President at Plexus Scientific (2003-2008), overseeing the Business Solutions Group and driving growth. Michael has experience in system engineering and has worked at Electronic Data Systems, Information Engineering Systems, SRA, FutureNext, and Peyton Hadley in the past. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Michael Reingruber attended Fallston High School from 1977 to 1980. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Maryland from 1980 to 1984. Later on, they furthered their education at the University of Maryland and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance from 1989 to 1991.
