Gilles Scalvinoni has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Gilles began their career at General Motors in 1997 as a Responsable Amélioration Continue and later moved to Faurecia as a Responsable UAP. In 2003, they joined Wagon Automotive as a Directeur de Production and subsequently became Manager Lean Manufacturing for 9 plants and then a Directeur Usine/Plant Manager. In 2010, they joined FCI as a Directeur Usine/Plant General Manager before moving to Constellium in 2014 as a Directeur des Opérations/Operations Director.
Gilles Scalvinoni attended Polytech Nancy from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a degree in INGENIEUR. Gilles'sfield of study was Fluides et Énergétique.
