Jeffrey Norman

Business Optimization Director at Constellium

Jeffrey Norman has extensive experience in supply chain and business development roles. Jeffrey started their career at INCO Alloys International as an Industrial Engineer, where they developed cost accounting systems. Jeffrey then joined Rio Tinto Alcan, where they held various management positions, including Finishing and Production Control Manager and Rolling and Maintenance Manager. At Novelis, they served as a Business Development Manager for the Can Business Unit and later as the Supply Chain Director for North America. Most recently, they worked at Constellium as the Supply Chain Director and later as the Business Optimization Director, leading efforts to increase EBITDA and improve business and manufacturing processes.

Jeffrey Norman attended West Virginia University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering.
