Wiebke Weiler

Wiebke Weiler is the Employee Director at Constellium. Wiebke has held this position since May 2019.

Prior to joining Constellium, Wiebke was the Maintenance Manager at Aerospace Transmission Technologies GmbH from January 2016 to May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for building up a small maintenance department, developing maintenance strategies from scratch in a brown field environment, and strong involvement in setting up a new factory for aerospace gearbox parts.

From June 2013 to December 2015, Wiebke was a Manufacturing Engineer at Liebherr Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH. In this role, they developed tools and fixtures to manufacture gears for aircraft gearboxes including process optimization.

prior to their role at Liebherr Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH, Wiebke worked as a technical writer at cognitas. Gesellschaft für Technik-Dokumentation mbH from April 2012 to April 2013.

Wiebke began their career at Continental AG in September 2008 as part of their dual studies program. This program combined studies at the University of Applied Sciences in Hannover with German IHK certified vocational training and practical work, including working abroad at their tire plant in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Wiebke Weiler has a degree in Mechanical Engineering - Production Technology from Hochschule Hannover. Wiebke is also a Certified Mechatronics Technician from IHK Hannover with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering - Production Technology. In addition, they have a certification from Universität Stuttgart in Reliability Green Belt and a certification from TÜV SÜD in Maintenance Manager. Finally, they have a certification from Constellium in Global Engineering Development Program.
