Allison Muller Duval

Allison Muller DuVal currently serves as the Assistant Director of Employee Relations at Chesterfield County Public Schools, a position held since August 2021, following a role as Employee Relations Administrator. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Investigator at Price Benowitz LLP from August 2015 to July 2021. Additionally, Allison gained legal experience as a Criminal Law Intern at the Public Defender Service in early 2015, and previously worked as a Teacher's Assistant at Minnieland Academy, supporting young children and developing curriculum. Allison's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Virginia Tech.
