Daniel Clare has extensive work experience in the finance industry spanning over two decades. Daniel currently holds the position of Partner and Head of Credit at Constitution Capital Partners since January 2017. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director at Ascribe Capital from October 2015 to December 2016. From 2010 to 2016, Daniel served as the Managing Director at American Securities Opportunities Fund. Daniel also held the role of Senior Managing Director at Diamond Castle Holdings between 2005 and 2010. Daniel started their career as a Principal at CSFB Private Equity / DLJ Merchant Banking from 1999 to 2005. Daniel gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in 1998. Daniel began their professional journey as a Consultant at Bain & Company, Inc. from 1993 to 1997.
Daniel Clare received their BA in Political Science from Haverford College between 1989 and 1993. Daniel later pursued an MBA from Harvard Business School between 1997 and 1999.
