Michael Cremins has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael started their career as a Paramedic at the Los Angeles County Emergency Medical Services in 1989 and later joined the US Army as a Combat Medic in 1990. In 1995, they transitioned to the field of Orthopedic Surgery and worked as a PA at ORTHOPEDIC ASSOCIATES OF HARTFORD until 2020. During the same period, from 2013 to 2014, they served as the Director of Research & Quality - Bone & Joint Institute at Hartford Hospital. In 2014, they assumed the role of Research Chair & Director of the Musculoskeletal Outcomes Institute at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, a role they held until 2020. In 2017, they joined the Frank H. Netter MD School of Medicine, Quinnipiac University as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine. Most recently, they have taken on the position of Senior Vice President, Outcomes and Data Strategy at Constitution Surgery Alliance LLC since 2020.

Michael Cremins has a PhD in Epidemiology from the University of Leeds, which they obtained between 2002 and 2007. Michael also holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, Physician Assistant from Springfield College, completed from 1995 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained an Executive Education in Value Measurement for Healthcare from Harvard Business School in 2015. Furthermore, they completed a Master's degree, MPAS, from the University of Nebraska Medical Center between 2001 and 2002. Lastly, they have a Paramedic certification in Emergency Medical Services from UCLA, which they earned in 1988.
