Apoorva Patwa

Apoorva Patwa has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. They have held various senior roles in prominent companies such as Constl, Vodafone Idea Limited, ByteDance, DBS Bank, Times Internet, Fresenius Kabi, and Ruchi Group. In their most recent position as Head of Human Resources at Constl, they oversee the HR function. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of HRBP & Head of HR Operations at Vodafone Idea Limited. They have also worked as the Global Talent Management and Organization Development lead at ByteDance, and as a Senior Manager of Talent Management & OD at DBS Bank. They have strong expertise in learning and development, organization development, and HR operations.

Apoorva Patwa completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the International Management Institute - IMI from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, Apoorva Patwa pursued a Mini Navigator - MDP in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Apoorva Patwa also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communication from the Medi Caps Institute Of Technology & Management, completed from 2006 to 2010.
