Egoitz Lizaso Legarda

Egoitz Lizaso Legarda has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Egoitz worked at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) from 2006 to the present, starting as a Testing and Commissioning Engineer before progressing to the role of Systems Engineer. Egoitz then became a Program Manager and is currently serving as the Head of the Vehicle Cybersecurity Area. Egoitz also co-founded Tropela Elkartea in 2005, where they were responsible for the web site Tropela.net, focusing on professional cycling. Before that, they worked as an Electric Engineer at Sarralle Equipos Siderúrgicos from 2004 to 2006.

Egoitz Lizaso Legarda holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from the University of Navarra, which they obtained from 1996 to 2002. Egoitz is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Deusto, which started in 2021 and is expected to end in 2022. Additionally, they have earned certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2019 and a MÁSTER PROFESIONAL ONLINE DE CIBERSEGURIDAD INDUSTRIAL from CCI, Centro de Ciberseguridad Industrial-Industrial Cybersecurity Center, expected to be obtained in 2023.
