Leire Eguiluz

Leire Eguiluz is a Project Safety Manager at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) since July 2017, bringing extensive experience in engineering and project management from previous roles as a Service Engineer and Graduate Engineering Trainee at Rolls-Royce. In the position of Service Engineer, Leire focused on project management for service engineering improvement and conducted root cause analysis for investigations. The graduate program included various engineering roles in naval marine design, aerospace service, manufacturing, and cost engineering across locations in the UK and Norway. Leire holds an MSc in Thermal Power (Aerospace Propulsion) from Cranfield University and additional qualifications in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Basque Country.
