Mikel Paskual Olaskoaga

Mikel Paskual Olaskoaga is currently serving as Jefe de línea in the finishing of bogies at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mikel worked at Irizar e-mobility from October 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included coordinating production and planning, as well as contributing to energy storage equipment processes as a project engineer. Mikel's academic background includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, a Master's degree in Strategic Risk Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Navarra, and a semester at Luleå University of Technology in 2015. Additionally, a final degree project on a cooling system test bench for Lithium-Ion batteries was completed during the tenure at IK4-IKERLAN in early 2016.
