Nerea Soto

Nerea Soto is an experienced ERP Functional Analyst specializing in Sales and Transportation processes at CAF (Construcciones y Auxiliar de Ferrocarriles) since September 2017, contributing to the IT-ERP sector and participating in the company's Digital Transformation Program. Prior to CAF, Nerea served as a Workstream Lead and SAP ISU Senior Functional Consultant at IBM, where responsibilities included managing client relationships, overseeing change management processes, and fostering knowledge sharing within a multicultural team. Nerea also held the position of IT & Communications Coordinator at Konecta UK, supporting clients in the banking and utilities sectors, and gained initial experience at Spyro ERP as a Marketing Assistant and in administrative roles at Transdubaris. Nerea holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Deusto, along with an exchange program at Victoria University focused on business studies.
