Frederik du Bois

Frederik du Bois has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Frederik started their career as an intern at cosine BV, where they worked on developing measurement systems. Frederik also worked as a freelancer and independent contractor at W.F.J. du Bois. Frederik then joined Deloitte Australia as a student worker, participating in their innovation program.

In 2014, Frederik co-founded and served as Chairman of BottomUp, an employment agency focused on alleviating poverty by creating collaborations between corporations and individuals in developing countries. Frederik then joined COESAM - Biorganic as a CEMS Business Project Consultant for a few months in 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Frederik worked at EF Education First, initially as an EF360 Global Management Trainee and later as a Director of Corporate Partnerships, where they led international student teams and initiated Hult Real-Time Research projects.

Currently, Frederik is working at Construct, where they have held various roles since 2018. Frederik started as a Senior Partner Manager, then became the Chief Operating Officer - International, and currently holds the position of Commercial Director.

Frederik du Bois has an extensive education history. In 2010, they began their undergraduate studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Science Business and Innovation. Frederik completed their bachelor's degree in 2013.

In 2012 and 2013, Frederik attended Delft University of Technology, where they pursued a minor in Sustainable Energy Technologies.

In 2014, Frederik started their studies at CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, where they pursued a CEMS Master's in International Management (MIM) degree. Frederik also participated in an exchange semester at Tsinghua University in 2014 and the University of Sydney in 2015 as part of their CEMS program.

In 2017, Frederik completed an Executive Education program in Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen at Harvard Business School Online.

Frederik obtained their CEMS Master's in International Management (MIM) certification from CEMS in February 2014.
