Inshiya Mukadam is a seasoned professional in learning design and content strategy with extensive experience in the education sector. Currently serving as a Senior Learning Designer at Construct Education, Inshiya previously held the role of Content Strategist at upGrad, focusing on the development of global MBA online courses in collaboration with professors and industry experts. Inshiya's earlier experience includes positions as Student Success Manager at GetSmarter, where responsibilities spanned student onboarding and retention, and Course Coordinator, ensuring the successful management of online courses. Inshiya's career began with an internship at AIESEC South Africa and teaching English to diverse learners in Turkey. Inshiya holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Management from Rhodes University and has participated in short courses focused on economic development at Stellenbosch University and the University of Bayreuth.
