Lizette Streicher is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in educational and training environments. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer and Learning Designer at Construct Education since August 2020, Lizette is skilled in developing and implementing training materials, assessing competency requirements, and ensuring quality through prescribed QMS processes. Prior experience includes roles at Southern Cape Bottling as a General Administrator & Sales Consultant, and MiX Telematics as a Training Material Development Specialist, where Lizette collaborated with subject matter experts and managed eLearning course development. Additionally, Lizette's background encompasses positions as a Training Officer at Bridge and a Teacher at C R Swart High School, reinforcing a strong foundation in education and training methodologies.
