Thomas Quinn

Thomas Quinn serves as the Managing Director at CEI Educating Construction Professionals and DBE Support Service Specialists since April 2006, where the organization provides extensive training in various aspects of the construction industry. Previously, Thomas Quinn was the Principal Consultant and Owner of WIM Ltd. from January 1996 to June 2014, offering consultation services to small and medium-sized businesses focused on business planning, customer service, marketing, and operations. Prior to that, Thomas Quinn owned Quinn's General Ltd. from 1979 to 2006, overseeing general contracting operations in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, including various franchises and a commercial and residential inspection company. Educational qualifications include attendance at the National Facility Management School, ATI, and California National University for Advanced Studies.
