Michael Kerbey, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Corporate Financial Manager and Finance Director & Controller at Enterprise Fleet Management since November 2011, Michael oversees the accuracy of financial statements, portfolio risk mitigation, and ethical standards for operations in the greater Bay Area. In addition, Michael holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) in Silicon Valley since August 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Business Manager/Controller and Accounting Supervisor at Enterprise Holdings Inc., where responsibilities encompassed financial processes, policy oversight, and compliance. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
