Manuel Apostol is a highly experienced Cost Estimator with a strong background in estimating activities across various sectors of the construction and engineering industries. Currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Construction Innovations, LLC since April 2021, Manuel has been responsible for preparing bid estimates for diverse projects.
