Amin Nawfal is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Construction Products Holding Company (CPC) since April 2020, Amin previously held key roles at YF Holding from January 2012 to March 2020, including Head of Investments and Manager of Investments. Earlier career experience includes a managerial position in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers from January 2010 to January 2012 and leadership as a Team Leader and Consultant at Meridium International from December 2006 to January 2010. Amin is advancing education through Harvard Business School Executive Education in Mergers and Acquisitions and is pursuing a certificate in International Financial Reporting from ACCA. Amin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Communication Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
