Kristy Richmond began working with Construction Recruiters America Staffing (CRAS) in 2012 as a recruiter. Starting as a recruiter and then progressing to the role Senior Recruitment Manager and now becoming the Owner/Chief Operating Officer (COO) showcases her exceptional skills, expertise, and dedication to the company’s success.

As the Senior Recruitment Manager, Kristy oversaw CRAS’s recruitment department, playing a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring skilled talents for various construction projects. This experience gave her valuable insights into the staffing process, client needs, and the construction industry as a whole. Now as the Owner/COO, Kristy brings her extensive knowledge in business operations, management, and staffing certifications to guide CRAS to new heights.
