Dominika Stredanska

Dominika Stredanska is an experienced professional with a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) as well as project engineering, primarily within the construction and environmental sectors. Currently serving as an HSE representative at Construction Sciences since October 2018, Dominika is responsible for conducting internal audits, reporting audit findings, and supporting line managers with HSE measures. Prior roles include project engineering positions at Construction Sciences and Cardno, where responsibilities encompassed project proposals, project setup, compliance with Australian standards, and documentation management. Earlier experience includes coordinating an IBM finance project at Geodis and conducting traffic, acoustic, and emission studies at VALERON Enviro Consulting. Dominika holds a dual MBA and Masters in Global Project Management from Torrens University Australia and multiple advanced diplomas and degrees in project management, HR management, marketing, and engineering.
