Since January 1998, Arthur has held multiple roles at Construction Specialties, currently serving as the Director of Sales and Marketing Technology with a focus on digital applications. Previous positions at the company include Enterprise Automation Manager, Engineering Configurations Manager, Engineering Configurations Specialist, and Manufacturing Engineer. Prior to joining Construction Specialties, Arthur worked for various companies from 1990 to 1998 in roles such as Manufacturing Engineer, Plant Engineer, and Design Engineer.
