Laura Gemperline

Laura Gemperline is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the flooring and product design industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Construction Specialties since February 2020, Laura has a background that includes roles such as Design Professional at Customer Driven Ideation and Flooring and Design Consultant at Certified Carpet. With prior experience as a Principal Designer at Armstrong World Industries, Laura has developed new flooring products and led product development initiatives. Laura's expertise encompasses design, color consulting, and effective collaboration with builders and sales teams, complemented by a solid educational foundation with a B.A. in Fine Arts from the University of Dayton and ongoing studies in Digital Design at Pennsylvania College of Art & Design.
