Sandeep Dhareshwar

Sandeep Dhareshwar has extensive experience in IT strategy, program management, and transformation. Starting in 1992, they worked as a Senior Consultant at PCS until 1996. From 1997 to 2002, they served as a Senior Manager at Keane. In 2002, they became an IT Manager at both Ingersoll Rand and Volvo Inc. From 2008 to 2016, they worked as an IT Program Manager at Air Products and Chemicals. In 2016, they joined Versum Materials, Inc as a PMO Manager and later became the Head of Transformation and Strategy at EMD Electronics. Most recently, starting in 2023, Sandeep has been serving as the Director of IT Strategy, Planning, and Program Management at Construction Specialties.

Sandeep Dhareshwar holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Sandeep also has a B.E. degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their degrees, Sandeep has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including certifications in strategic thinking, executive presence, Scrum product ownership and professionalism, and project management.
