Kourtney Bradshaw-Clay is the Director of Partnerships at CDI, where she facilitates relationships with schools, districts, universities, and organizations.

As an educator, Kourtney prioritized relationships with families and community members to uplift students.

Most recently, Kourtney worked at the University of Notre Dame as the Assistant Director of Blended Learning. She trained teachers in technology integration and formed creative partnerships with software companies to support schools.

Kourtney earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; master’s degrees in Teaching Literacy and Teaching Students with Moderate Disabilities from Lesley University; and master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
