Daniella Boaten

Daniella Boaten has extensive experience in the healthcare support sector, currently serving as a Direct Support Professional at Constructive Partnerships Unlimited since April 2012. In this role, Daniella assists with daily operations in accordance with regulatory and quality standards, and develops plans to promote patient independence and goal achievement. Previously, Daniella worked as a Direct Care Coordinator at HeartShare Human Services of New York from February 2011 to April 2012, where responsibilities included organizing patient behavior and medical condition files and fostering strong relationships with patients and their families.
