Carlos Alpízar Rodríguez

Carlos Alpízar Rodríguez is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in project management and preconstruction processes. Currently serving as Preconstruction Manager at Constructora Proycon since October 2021, Carlos previously held roles as Bidding Manager and Planning Manager at VOLIO & TREJOS ASOCIADOS S.A., where responsibilities included leading bidding teams and developing construction strategies for awarded projects. Carlos has also worked in various capacities at Constructora Proycon, including Project Manager and Project Engineer, managing complex projects such as Clean Rooms for Boston Scientific and distribution centers. With a strong foundation in civil engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica, Carlos's expertise encompasses budgeting, cost analysis, and constructability approaches tailored to the needs of the construction industry.
