Juan Andrés Perera

Juan Andrés Perera has extensive work experience in project development and management. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Texas Tech University - Costa Rica as an Assistant Project-Operations Manager/Architect. In this role, they assisted the local Project Manager and Project Director, served as a liaison with architects in Lubbock, TX, and supervised a budget of $15 million. In 2020, they joined Constructora Proycon as the CFO.

Juan Andrés Perera pursued a Bachelor of Architecture degree in Architecture from Universidad LCI Veritas, attending from 2010 to 2016. Juan Andrés then went on to Georgetown University from 2018 to 2019, where they completed a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Development.
