Bruna Presti has a background in architecture and urbanism, with experience in legalizing and approving residential vertical condominiums. In their current role at Construtora Patriani, Bruna manages the approval processes for medium to high standard residential projects. Prior to this, Bruna worked at ABMAIS URBANISMO as a Business Analyst, overseeing the licensing and approval of real estate developments across multiple municipalities. Bruna's education includes a post-graduate degree in Project Management in Construction from Escola Politécnica da USP, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
