Barbara Schmidt

Barbara Schmidt is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Gerente de obras at Construtora R.Yazbek, Barbara oversees a comprehensive retrofit project in São Paulo. Previous positions include Coordenadora de Obras at JHSF, where Barbara managed high-end residential projects, and Coordenadora de Planejamento at Sempre Engenharia, coordinating large corporate projects for renowned brands. Experience also includes roles as Gerente de contratos at LOCK Engenharia and Engenheiro de Planejamento at GSC Investimentos, among others. Barbara holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
