Michelle Youngers

Michelle A. Youngers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership in the life sciences and technology sectors. As the Principal of Youngers Acuity, LLC since 2017, Michelle has focused on improving operational strategies for start-ups and high-growth companies. Current consultancy roles include Orphagen Pharmaceuticals and Consuli_Inc., while also serving as a co-founder and Board Director at ScienceMedia, Inc. where significant contributions were made in transforming the company into a cloud-based SaaS solution. Michelle has held key leadership positions in various organizations, including serving as President of the San Diego Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and as a member of the San Diego Angel Conference. Educationally, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of San Diego.
