Jose Carlos Martinez Sabater

Jose Carlos Martinez Sabater has had a long and successful career in the technology industry. Jose Carlos began their career in 1990 as a Sales Representative for Digital Equipment Corporation (USA). Jose Carlos was quickly promoted to Director East Spain Service Unit, Marketing Product Manager for PC, and Director National Service Center. In 1999, they joined Compaq Computer Corporation as the Director of eBusiness in Spain and launched the company's first public website, which won an award for Best Corporate Website in Spain. In 2011, they joined Intel Corporation as General Manager of Africa and was responsible for Intel's Africa operations and developing a business strategy. Jose Carlos then transitioned to Global Director of Business Development, overseeing Mobile worldwide and targeting Telecom. In 2016, they were appointed Global Director of Strategy and Planning, overseeing strategic planning for the worldwide partner sales organization. In 2017, they became Chief Executive Officer of Consultia Travel and a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2018, they joined the International Advisory Board for CEU Educational Group, the largest private educational group in Spain.

Jose Carlos Martinez Sabater obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Valencia in 1988. In 1990, they earned their Master in Business Administration (MBA) from IE Business School. In 2003, they attended a Marketing Strategy Workshop at INSEAD. In 2020, they obtained their Corporate Director Certificate - CDC from Harvard Business School.
