Alok Gandhi has extensive work experience in the field of civil engineering and business development. Alok currently serves as the Joint President - International Business at Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. Since joining in 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Vice President - International Business Development at Aarvee Associates from 2017 to 2019. Alok also served as the Deputy General Manager - International Business Development at SAI Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. from 2008 to 2017. Alok started their career as a Project Engineer at Gammon India Ltd. in 2003 and later worked as an Assistant Manager at Continental Construction Ltd. from 2001 to 2003. In each of these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of project management, business development, and team building.
Alok Gandhi completed their education with the following degrees:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, from 1997 to 2001.
- MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, from 2006 to 2008.
- Diploma in International Marketing from Ahmedabad Management Association, in 2013.
- Currently pursuing a Master of Technology (MTech) in Transportation and Highway Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, from 2021 to 2023.
In addition, Alok Gandhi obtained a certification in FIDIC Training from the International Federation of Consulting Engineers in 2022.
