Maya Snyder

Maya Snyder has a diverse background in investment banking and consulting. Maya is currently an incoming 2024 Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Cowen Inc. Prior to this, they held various roles in the Investment Banking Group, including Co-President and Analyst. Maya also had leadership positions at the Consulting Group at Virginia Tech, where they served as President and Director of Public Relations. Maya also gained experience as a healthcare sector analyst at Virginia Tech SEED. Additionally, they were involved in student organizations and served as the Virginia Tech Class of 2025 Vice President. Maya has interned at Mesirow, Sterling Point Advisors, and LoopChat, gaining exposure to capital markets and investment banking.

Maya Snyder obtained their High School Diploma from Wilton High School between 2017 and 2021. Maya then pursued their higher education at Virginia Tech from 2021 to 2025, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering. In addition, Maya also completed an Honors Collaborative Discovery Diploma at Virginia Tech during the same period.
