Shawn Carroll

Shawn Carroll is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the consulting and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Consulting Services Group, LLC since September 2020, Shawn leads efforts to support international clients with rapid deployment of technical, management, and training services. Previously, Shawn held the same position at BT Federal from September 2017 to September 2020, focusing on security, cloud, and networking services for global multinational organizations. Shawn's career began at PSINet as a Sales Engineer in 1995, progressing through various roles including Director of Sales Engineering at Focal Communications and Manager of Sales Engineering at Broadwing Communications. Significant contributions were made as Director of Engineering and Customer Lifecycle Management at CenturyLink, where Shawn directed cross-functional teams, strategic planning, and customer service initiatives. Shawn holds a degree from the State University of New York at Oswego.
