Kathryn Zorn

As the Director of People and Culture, Kat serves both our team members and the leadership team. She manages all human resource projects including talent acquisition, onboarding, and team-wide training. She also serves as an assistant to the President where she helps facilitate leadership meetings, schedule important meetings, and plan events, all while seeking to keep everyone focused on what’s most important.

In 2019, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The College at Southeastern. She is a certified Team Member with the John Maxwell Team, and currently working on a Master’s of Divinity from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
