Christophe Lemer has extensive experience in project management within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Coordinateur portefeuille projets et ressources at CONSULTYS since November 2022 and PMO portefeuille projets & Ressources Engineering at Sanofi Pasteur since December 2020, Christophe oversees a project portfolio of 160 projects, coordinating resources and ensuring the standardization and enhancement of project management processes. Previous roles include Project Management Consultant at SOM industrie, where responsibilities included planning technical shutdowns at BASF, and Project Management Officer Consultant at Sanofi Pasteur, focusing on a €170 million capital expenditure project. Earlier experiences entail roles at GSK and Institut Pasteur, emphasizing quality assurance and project execution in clinical trials and preclinical studies. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in General Engineering with a focus on Project and LEAN management from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs, complemented by specialized training in zoology and biology.
