Damien GAREL is an experienced professional in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Chargé de transfert industriel at CONSULTYS since June 2023. Previously, Damien held multiple roles at ASPEN Notre-Dame-de-Bondeville, specializing in quality compliance and laboratory process optimization from August 2021 to May 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Ingénieur développement pilote at SEQENS, focusing on pilot plant development, and Research Associate in particle engineering at Novartis, where expertise in API crystallization processes was developed. Early career roles involved process development at ISOCHEM SAS and various analytical positions at Eurofins Group, IDAC, and other laboratories, showcasing a strong background in analytical chemistry and process optimization. Damien GAREL earned a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacology, and Biotechnologies from Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie de Rennes and a DUT in Chemistry from Le Mans Université.
