Pablo McIntosh

Pablo McIntosh is the Sites Director of Customer Operations at Consumer Cellular in the Southwest Region, where they manage flagship contact centers with over 1,200 employees. Previously, they served as the VP of Foreign Operations at Allegro Response, where they orchestrated a successful BPO start-up and improved financial oversight. Pablo has also held the position of Global Director of Learning and Development at TTEC, impacting over 5,000 agents across multiple regions. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and are pursuing an Airframe & Powerplant Certification from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
