Joshua Miller serves as the Chief Economist for the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development since April 2015, overseeing econometric and statistical analyses. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as a Housing Policy Economist at the National Association of Home Builders from August 2013 to March 2015, where responsibilities included monitoring government policies and conducting economic research on homebuilding regulations. Joshua's earlier experience includes a research position at the Institute of Government & Public Affairs at the University of Illinois at Chicago and serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at the University of California. Joshua holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago, a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, and a BBA in Finance from The University of New Mexico.
