Kiran M. Swamy

Kiran M. Swamy is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in social work, education, and community service. Currently serving as a Country Desk Officer for the Peace Corps in the Inter-America and Pacific Region since September 2021, Kiran previously held roles as a Social Insurance Specialist at the Social Security Administration and as an Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Early career experiences include positions as a Self-Direction & Job Coach Specialist for individuals on the autism spectrum, a Teacher for seminarians in the Solomon Islands, and various roles supporting youth in educational settings. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Sacred Heart University and has committed to enhancing the welfare of communities through dedicated service and education.
