Ren Essene is an experienced professional in data management and policy analysis, currently serving as the Chief Data Officer at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau since August 2011, with a history of roles including Acting Chief Data Officer and Manager of the Policy Section. Prior experience includes working as a Supervisory Policy Analyst at the Federal Reserve Board and a Policy Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
