Samantha Rink

Samantha Rink, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience. Samantha started their career in 2006 as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Consumer Portfolio Services, where they worked until September 2014. During this time, they gained valuable administrative skills. In September 2014, they transitioned into the role of a Human Resources Specialist at the same company. Samantha's role in HR showcased their expertise in various HR functions.

In 2021, Samantha joined SHRM as an Active SHRM Member, indicating their continued professional development and commitment to the field of human resources.

Samantha Rink, SHRM-CP, holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tidewater Community College. Samantha obtained this degree from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Samantha has acquired certifications to further enhance their professional qualifications. Samantha obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in February 2022. Prior to that, in October 2021, they completed the Workplace Mental Health Ally Certificate program offered by Psych Hub, in collaboration with SHRM Foundation.
