Ian Elkin

Ian Elkin, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Program Analyst at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission since September 2018. Prior to this role, Ian held various positions at the Bureau of Labor Statistics from September 2005 to 2018, including Senior Economist, Systems Administrator, and Economist. Responsibilities included conducting economic studies to identify survey errors, managing data collection for the Consumer Expenditure Surveys, and overseeing new software applications. Ian holds a Master of Public Administration in Policy Analysis from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Political Science, and Business Administration from Berry College - Campbell School of Business.
